Our Chyck’n Seitan is bursting with rich flavours and works just about any way you want to use it. It is great in sandwiches, wraps, as a pizza topping and any pasta or curry dish. It is a good source of iron, calcium and fibre. It is high in protein and low in fat. As with all of our seitan, it is Soy, GMO & Palm Oil Free.

Ingredients: Water, Wheat Gluten, Chickpea Flour, Nutritional Yeast, Salt, Seasoning, Onion Powder, Garlic Granules, Natural Flavouring.

Storage & Preparation Keep frozen below 18°C. Once defrosted, keep chilled below 5°C and use within 3 weeks (in the closed pack). Once opened use within 48 hours.
